"Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. "We were informed that the 2nd and 3rd floors are in the process of being renovated and the 1st floor will turn into a spa once the 2nd and 3rd are complete. With that being said theres a decent amount of noticeable things you wouldnt see in a standard rental however you have to keep in mind the rental is transitioning in the future to a spa.The rental had temporary heat options which did a good job at heating the facility however we didnt feel comfortable leaving the main heat source (gas...

"Comfortable, warm, and welcoming. We came to see the groundhog and spend some time together and really enjoyed our stay! The bed was very nice and the shower had plenty of hot water! I was able to cook lovely meals on the gas range whilst listening to Frank Sinatra and Elvis on the record player in the kitchen. Cooking is better on gas and music is better on vinyl! The views out the windows were lovely! Would love to come again someday!"
