Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bath. Smaller TV in the living area has cable. TV in bedroom sits too low to enjoy in bed. Bed is firm and comfortable. "My husband and our two sons came up to visit my older children, they live in nearby towns. Wanted a comfortable place we could stay that wasn’t cramped like a hotel. The place was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay, very much caught up in the historical structure of the building. it has some very uniqueness, my husband being a carpenter by trade was very impressed!!!
