"The property was beautiful, super clean, and everything excellently equipped. The stay was awesome. If I could pin point one thing specifically was that the bathrooms hot water was not really hot, but that was a very minor issue. Everything else from the property is outstanding. I highly recommend it and hopefully we can go back in the near future."

"The property is well maintained and the entire grounds in this location are beautiful! There are many swimming pools around the complex The condo was impeccable and was perfect for our family vacation. It was great to have a bbq grill and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. I loved that we could catch a shuttle on the property which took us to the club resort area. We especially loved the beach area at their club resort property. We were very happy with this property! "

"This unique property was such a relaxing picturesque setting for our winter escape. Beds are so comfy, A/C is amazing, kitchen is so well kitted out, and the view is unbeatable. It's location makes it easy to explore northern Costa Rica's highlights as day trips, and return to the comforts of home nightly. For complete relaxation, club amenities, and silence, this is your place. A car is definitely needed / recommended. The caretaker / maintenance man is AMAZING. You're in good hands."

"This property was great. Clean, good communication and the concierge Ana Maria was so helpful. She helped with reservations, transportation and was there to greet us. The only complaint is that the furniture I. The family room is uncomfortable, but other than that I’d highly recommend. Also, I wish they had shared the pricing for the beach club ahead of time. We thought it was included and there was no mention of it in the listing."

The view is incredible, it has a great location near the restaurants and beaches, the house management team is super responsive and helpful and the security staff on property were so friendly and kind! "I think my kids would refer to this as a rock star crib. I haven't stayed anywhere like it on such a budget. The property itself is huge, is amazingly appointed, and brilliantly finished. "We stayed for 2 months and the unit was perfect for our needs. The location was great. Being right by the pool was perfect. Unit had practically everything you could need to cook, which we did often. The neighbors were friendly and nice. Rich Coast Vacations were great to deal with on all levels. "My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and booked the stay relatively last minute (about 6 weeks out). The location of the unit is on the first floor of one of the buildings that is close to the pool bar and at the end of the building, so it is quieter than being right in front of the pool. It was great being able to walk out from the patio to the pool area and not have to go up and down the stairs.
