However, I would never return and would certainly never recommend this hotel because the staff was rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful."

They don’t have one but she did find some poorly working steamer that didn’t take those wrinkles out. So I went out and purchased one from a local store for 30 euros and when I checked out I left it with the desk for future...

"Checkin was fast & efficient. The owners gave us a double and a single instead of a family suite which suited us just fine. Rooms were clean with enough toiletries & towels. Double entrance onto the pedestrian precinct & back alley to load/unload. Parking was right outside the hotel for the whole 3-day stay - very convenient. Housekeeping was polite and thorough. Breakfast was good with the basics. They made cappuccino & hot chocolate. Now, service. I forget some clothes in the closet so...
