"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff is ver welcoming and they know how to satisfy their guests. Rooms may need little upgrades but nothing serious. Breakfast was great - we really enjoedy every single details. We would love to stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely, renovated and clean rooms.Excellent breakfast. We had rooms on the third floor with small cute balconies and sea views. Charming outdoor and gardens. Ali bey was extremely nice and so very kind and helpful in planning our trip. He went above and beyond for me when I was planning a surprise birthday for my sister. I am so grateful for all his help. "A friend and her daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. We walked all over the island, enjoyed the lux beach facility accessible to guests for free and did a day trip to Bergama. Easy drive from Istanbul. Great restaurants and shops. I'm a Turkish speaker, so it was easy for me, but this is mostly a vacation spot for Turks, so English is not so common. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. Lovely poolside breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Cunda. "

"The Despot Evi in Cunda is an astoundingly beautiful facility. The reconstruction has brought the rich history to life in a sexy manner. And the staff is top notch. But the 1 problem I had which was significant is that there is a Mosque adjacent to the hotel property. So 5 times a day a very loud message is blasted out for you to pray. Very loud. Very oppressive."

"1. No one was there to open the door for us. 2. We had to wait more than one hour to finally find the owner to let us in by giving us a code to enter. 3.Owner claimed that she is sick and can’t go to her hotel!!!!! Amazing!!! Isn’t it!!! 4. "Arrivé à l’hôtel, il étais désert, totalement vide! La piscine est verte impossible de pensé s’y baigné nous avons attendu plus d’une heure qu’une personne se pointe mais rien. J’ai donc fini par contacter l’agence avec qui j’ai réservé il m’ont annulé la réservation en me garantissant un remboursement mais l’hôtel s’y oppose donc je ne suis pas remboursé ! Totalement inadmissible, et d’un irrespect totale ! Je déconseille c’est du vol !!! "
