"It was actually pretty good for a motel. The staff was so nice, and there were so many walkable food options around. My room wasn’t the cleanest, but I already planned to use wipes to wipe down the surfaces anyway, so it wasn’t inconvenient for me. The free breakfast was also decent. It was definitely not bad at all and definitely got the job done for a short trip. If I was traveling there again, I would rebook."

"The interior of this older home is spotless and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the two bathrooms were up to date, the kitchen had all appliances, The manager was very communicative. We are possibly returning in the summer for a stay here. The town of Powhatan is small and beautiful."
