"The cabin was very clean. There was no firewood available to purchase, and the hot tub would not hold the heat, even in 50° weather. The hot tub was very clean as well. The DVD player worked. The short walk to the trail was nice, and the time it took to get to the bridge was less than an hour. We did not find a creek anywhere near the cabin that was accessible."

"This is the perfect place for a quiet fall getaway for a couple or small family. There is absolutely NOTHING around (exactly what we wanted), so be prepared to BRING ALL FOOD with you!! There are no local stores within 20 minutes. The house itself is quaint and eclectic. The hot tub was great and we used the fire pit on our crisp evenings.(plenty of firewood provided) The river was barely seen through the trees, but we took a stroll of the property and found the water down below. "The property needed a cleaning on the inside… cobwebs and overall dust. It seemed that no one had stayed in a while and was left as is. We had to ask the owner for washcloths because they were not provided with towels. WiFi was working half the time and was Roku so limited to watch anything. We will not stay here again but it could be a sweet place if adjusted."
