"It was convenient. The owner was always available. The air worked great. It is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom with an outside private shower. It had plenty of towels and paper products. The couch was very comfortable and large for my family to watch tv together. It was a good price. It had a large deck with a grill. "

We walked to the beach for sunrise and then walked the beach every morning...delightful. Although the street is busy, we never 'heard' the traffic or noticed it once inside. Walking distance to two restaurants some shoppes, beach and if you are a walker to the pier where shopping is. Exploring St Simon's...

"This 2-bedroom cottage is well appointed and a perfect location to walk to the beach. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for any meal and the gas grill was great for making dinner of grilled fresh fish. Walking to downtown for restaurants and shops was easy and it is only a short walk in the other direction to more restaurants. We couldn’t be happier with this place and we will definitely be back. Our stay overlapped the hurricane that luckily went to the south but the owner was very flexible with check in and out to help us avoid the potential storm.
