"We loved our stay at this historic farmhouse in Culpeper. The location was perfect, halfway between Leesburg and Charlottesville and near central Virginia destinations. The listing and photos are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. First floor bedroom worked well for our family. Kitchen very well stocked, we even did some Christmas baking. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and parks. Yard was great for our dog. Recommended for family and friend groups who appreciate historic homes. Culpeper is a destination in itself that we enjoyed. Wonderful hospitality by our host really made us feel at home. "

Plenty of space for everybody and things for everybody to do. The owners were great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I had a very nice week visiting family. The basement apt. was very clean and comfortable. The only difficulty was on street parking in a crowded neighborhood however, I never had to park more than a block away from the property. It is close to town snd shopping and I will recommend them to friends and family. "
