"It was a wonderful cottage, conveniently located, with amazing views!! The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and well kept up! The hosts who live next door were very kind and helpful. I definitely plan to go back! My only tiny issue was on VRBO and cottages.com, that manages it, there was no reminder email sent before check in with details and no way to communicate with anyone. "This charming cottage is even better in person than in pictures. We stayed 3 nights to explore Skye and our host, Liz, kept in constant contact with us to make sure we were taken care of. It felt like home away from home, with the best host we’ve ever had in our lives. There is a nice creek by the cottage to stroll and it is very quiet. "Overall we had a good experience and were thankful for all the little extras like firewood, oil and vinegar, foil and film wrap, salt and pepper, tea bags and sugar. We loved the mattress in the cottage and the Internet was working great despite the really bad storm we had this week. However a few improvements are needed for us to come back: the toilet seat is wobbly. The faucets in the bathroom are not making it easy to rince your mouth after you brush your teeth.
