The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. "We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. "The design of the hotel is really nice, with a cool Moroccan theme throughout. The pool we used didn't look like the one in the photo, not sure if there was another one or not. The one we used was very narrow, just about wide enough to do some lengths but struggle with anything other than front crawl.
