"Inverness House was clean for our use. It is a very small property and there were some quirks (heaters, water heater for shower, washing machine) that we would have appreciated clearer communication about how to properly use them. This location is not walkable. It’s in a strictly residential area. Parking is on the street, but it was never an issue to find a nearby spot. Overall, a quiet, peaceful home that allowed us to wash clothes during our stay. It provided what we needed during this...

"Great location but no parking. App and local cell number needed to book a park sometimes as far as 1 mile away. It is a 2 floor cottage with bathroom on 1st and living room and bedroom on 2nd. Having said that loads of restaurants and take away nearby and easy walking access to many sites. Very well appointed."

"My brother and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely, well equipped home. A warm welcome from Noreen was greatly appreciated. It made a great base for exploring the North Highlands. Nice size rooms, great washer and dryer, lovely big tub/showers, clean and had everything we needed. Loved being across from the Cromarty Firth – the oil rig was my night light and the sound of the water lapping gently against the shore – haven’t slept that well in ages. The accommodation was well suited to our needs. Saw Dolphins at the bank and all the must have essentials are easily available in the nearby shops including a decent Co-Op around the corner."

"The layout is fantastic, the kitchen well stocked and the beds were the best on our trip. Barry welcomed us upon our arrival and was fantastic at communicating prior. My son loved being able to look out over Loch Ness and watch for Nessie. I just wish we'd had a chance to meet the dogs! Was in a great location, nice and quiet, yet close enough to Inverness. We hope to return again."
