"Property was nice and convenient to town. We could not figure out the heating system and the room was hot! Love having a kettle in the room and lots of coffee and tea options. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Ranald and Caroline were the most excellent hosts! My brother and I stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed the coziness of their bed and breakfast. We also loved that the location was a short walk to the Inverness city center, especially enjoying all of the spring blooms. Each morning Ranald and Caroline provided a lovely breakfast with coffee and tea. They also recommended several places in and around Inverness and were so kind and personable. We really enjoyed our stay! I hope to be back...

"Of the 5 locations that we stayed at during our travels in Scotland, this was, by far, the best place! Our room was large, but cozy with an Amazing view, and a super comfortable bed. The decor was beautiful and perfect for the large farmhouse style. The breakfast was Excellent, and catered easily to our dietary needs.
