"Very new and clean property with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Close to beaches and hiking trails. The breakfast croissants are out of this world. "Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

"We absolutely loved Villa Matira. The house was clean, lovely decor, amazing view and great location. It is in a gated community and we felt very safe. Loved Kayaking to Pinel Island. Convenient to Grand Case where we dined several nights as well as Orient Baie. Maly was an attentive property manager. "We enjoyed our stay at Villa Blue Anchor, the neighborhood is fabulous - walking distance to a French bakery and great cafe! The views are spectacular - I could have spent the entire time at the VRBO and been satisfied to swim in the pool and kayak to Pinel Island.
