"Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I got the best egg and cheese sandwich I ever ate right next door at Ema y Clara. There is a bar on the terraza called Cuatro Piso which has pretty cheap beers, great music, and friendly wait staff. I am not sure if it is open every night, but I checked in on a Friday night after a long day of flights and connections and as tired as I was there was still no way I could sleep so I joined the party 🙃."

"This place was fine. The location is great since it's not far from Archeology Museum & Castillo de Chapultepec. However, if you make a reservation on hotels.com, it doesn't guarantee you a room. I showed him reservation & he had to call someone to make sure I could get in as I showed him cost converted to pesos."

"Excellent hotel all around - great, quiet location in Roma Norte (sometimes seemed a little too quiet, we wouldn't have minded a little more city bustle) with many restaurants and a street market nearby, and close enough to the Centro Historico, Chapultepec Castle etc to make it easy to cover the major sights easily. The staff was efficient and friendly. There is a nice gym, laundry (bring your own detergent) and outdoor terrace area that we enjoyed as well. We recommend this hotel."
