"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

"Welll… the property managers are nearly 1 hour late for our agreed check-in time. Then, they do not agree to our request for a 1 hour late check-out, and instead arrive 10 minutes early!!! So clearly they value their time above ours. Great house. Be aware that the property management is not high on customer service."

"The villa is beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished and has air con throughout. It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. Book ahead for Brandinchi or arrive very early - same can be said for all beaches. Dan Teodoro is 17 mins drive and bustling with nightlife, restaurants and is family friendly. There are also two complexes near the villa (Paradiso and the diving centre) which both have food options and...

"A thoroughly relaxing and beautiful place that's in need of a little bit of off-season repair. The property is set high up in a peaceful and well-maintained enclosure. From parking the car, there is good few steps up to the chalet and it's fantastic position overlooking the most spectacular sea and mountain views. Well set, with good privacy over 4 terraces, it has good facilities and easy access to many good restaurants and beaches etc. Overall a lovely place, less than half an hour from Olbia...

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. From the photographs on HomeAway you think you are getting a portion of the villa that overlooks the pool/sea. You don’t realise that you will be below stairs with no view. The other unsettling feature is that there are surveillance...

"Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again."
