"We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. "It is hard to find anything bad about this place. We were in the suite on the terrace which is absolutely fantastic. I imagine if it pretty hit in the summer, but we were fine in October. "Der Pool war völlig verdreckt und konnte für den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht genutzt werden. WLAN gab es erst am Tag 6 von 7, da wurde uns dann ein Router gebracht. Es gibt gerade mal 6 Wassergläser, keine Weingläser, im Schlafzimmer waren die Glühbirnen defekt. Der Grillkamin war einsturzgefährdet und mit vollen Mülltüten zugestellt. "Positives were late check in, nice kitchen, owner tried to be helpful. Negatives were drive going into it was washed out and like a two track, hard to find, dangerous driveway exiting, poor bed (sags into middle), chemical order on sheets and they were stained."

"The property was nothing like the photos, all the photos shown has a kitchen, which is why I chose this property, but no kitchen on arrival. Beds were uncomfortable and bathroom was out dated. "

In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden.
