"This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage. "

"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. Las unicas 3 pegas que le veo, son la recepción, que es muy difícil de encontrarla y su horario es muy escaso; que la cama de matrimonio (que es lo que pedí), no era de matrimonio, era de 135 y se queda muy escueta para dormir 2 adultos en condiciones y que para cambiar las toallas y sábanas, tienes que bajar tu a recepción las mismas y te daban otras limpias, cuando lo lógico, es que te las suban al apartamento. "The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken.
