"Stayed here solely to be able to walk to Terminal 5 for an early morning flight. This would have been a higher rating if the heating had been working and the room been warmer. I ended up having to move room and even though a member of staff helped, the new room was quite a way a way and took me a while to do."

"Convenient, friendly, good value but the bed was disappointly lumpy and far below the standard of a comparable Travelodge. Keep in mind this hotel is not a stop on the Hoppa service, but the bus stop is only over the road and that's much cheaper. "
