"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...

"Property was great as only a few minutes walk from theatres and other things we wished to do. Staff were polite and attentive, and greeted us on each passing. Minor issue which might only be room 305 was the buzzing noise soon after 7am. Great place to stay though, being so central and close to Leicester Sq and Whitehell among many other things"
