"Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay."

"Accomodation was fantastic and welcome to the site was brilliant. Only issue we encountered was the external sewage pipes as they ran along side the cabin. From day 1 it appeared to be a problem with some sort of blokage and contractor out every morning trying to sort it out. The foul stench left behind after contractor finished was quite overwhelming, especially coming back into the main bedroom ensuite toilet. Thankfully we were out and about everyday with friends, so only had to contend with...

"Perfect for the above and walking into Newquay to visit the Aquarium; Zoo; Crazy Golf; Gardens; Mini Train & not forgetting lots of lovely eating and drinking! Patio was ideal for our 1 year old grand-daughter to safely toddle about on & the bedrooms and bathrooms were all great - would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again - many thanks!"

"We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group."

"All members of our party were really satisfied with this property. The open plan nature of the communal areas really gave a sense of space when you enter the building. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group having plenty of cups, glasses pans etc. The rooms were clean and my fellow guests all reported comfortable beds. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
