"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the first room we were given on the ground floor had a dustbin outside the window near the reception area that people had used after smoking so we were unable to open the window because of the smell, however the manager was very helpful and gave us another room near the back of the hotel which was fine. The breakfast was OK but there wasnt much of a selection of bread. "

He provided us with travel materials, suggestions for restaurants, and even brought us pizza. It could not have been any better."
