"The house is large and great for accommodating a big group. There was some problems though, first the house was infested with ants. You could not leave anything out for more than 5 minutes, or it was covered in ants. We killed over 100 in one night. Second the washing machine and dryer do not work. The hoses for the washer are not connected and the dryer is also not connected to the gas. "We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. Muchas gracias!"

"We can't say enough about Kari and Rudy. They made our stay in Oaxaca, Mexico for a month as warm and accepting as possible. They were always there to lend a helping hand. "We loved the proximity to Centro and surrounding neighborhoods. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby. The apartment is away from busy streets and is reasonably quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook while we were there. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the furniture was not comfortable for relaxing. Upgrading the sitting areas would go a long way. We had no issue with hot water. *tip - only turn on the hot water (on the left) and wait 4-5...
