"Very simple check in. Room fresh and clean with very comfortable bed. Quiet location with a restaurant next door if you need to eat. Continental breakfast to set you up for your day. The bathroom towels were a bit on the small side but not really an issue. Altogether a great option to stop off on a drive to Spain. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived very late, around 2am and there was someone at the reception who didn't speak much english but we understood each other. I wasn't expecting much of the hotel because of the price but I think overal was very good. "Super comfy bed and great breakfast. We are driving / moving from Germany to Spain; listing did not mention parking - so I called. The desk barely spoke English, even though listing clearly said they spoke English. They have a great FREE parking lot. However, they are about 10 miles off the A7. The drive was worth it. Quiet - Comfy - Morning staff spoke better English. Would definitely stay again."

"Overall an average hotel. For the price, as well as paying for a more expensive room, they were very small, barely enough size for a bed and small bathroom. Nice and professional staff but for being in a remote area, prices are too high. No elevator and average breakfast (they charge 11 EUR for a basic buffet) "

"We spent some lovely days in Saudon. A quiet little hamlet. Warm welcome by Jean-Pierre and a good talk about what to do in the area. A car is a must to get around. We had hoped to be able to walk to the nearest town, but the main road is too busy. Regardig the house: You need to pass by the owners home to get to the pool. The view from the pool is great. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend this place. :-) "

Parfait!

"10 of us stayed here for an extended-family holiday. Ideal space so one family with young children were almost self contained at nighttime. We had no problem with the road noise that previous reviews mentioned. Enough bathrooms, plenty of cutlery and dishes for 10. Beds comfortable. Lovely garden with lots of space and perfect pool. Our granddaughter learnt to swim this week - no floats! Table tennis table in v good condition. Owner very helpful in all contacts and instructions. Would love to come again Valreas a bit off the tourist route but good because of that. Great cycling area and so many vineyards!"
