"The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. Getting the deposit back was not any easier than paying it. If you don’t already live in the UK, I highly recommend not booking this property. It is not worth the effort even though it is a...

"We absolutely loved our stay. Location was amazing, the views breath taking and the house simply gorgeous. Our hosts Siobhan and John were such a lovely couple and we loved getting the chance to meet them. They made our stay so relaxed and comfortable we found it so hard to leave. Would definitely recommend this amazing place - easy commute to most places in Northern Ireland. Thank you Siobhan and John and here's hoping our paths cross again...."

"I don’t happy deposit back 5-10 day, why long?"

"We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. "This hotel is in a good location in the town centre of Belfast. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly, helpful,and customer focused. The hotel provided a beautiful breakfast, the rooms are a high standard. The manager Jamie was very flexibile to customer needs."

St Patrick’s Weekend Stay

"Fantastic stay from start to finish. A special thanks to the lady on reception who went the extra mile for us during our stay - checking us in early when we arrived first thing to drop our bags off and booking us a taxi to the airport the next day. Great location, room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was okay but worth noting that only the cereal and toast were buffet style everything else was made to order. "
