"Excellent hotel - a tranquil oasis in the city. Pleasant environment with friendly and helpful staff. The '1890' restaurant was the only disappointment - merely adequate and less refined than the rest of the hotel."

Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way. "
