"We spent four nights at this property in late September - early October 2022. We drove from Lyon via Villefranche and Beaujeu, and arrived at the anticipated time. The directions provided by the owner were clear and precise, and we had no difficulty in finding the farmhouse. It is located in a small hamlet called Les Jacquets in Haut-Beaujolais, a few kilometres north-west of the village of Monsols in the Deux-Grosnes commune. "Perfect for what we needed - an overnight stop en route to the mountains. Nice big table to eat dinner and small kitchenette to allow us to cook a decent meal. Only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a fan so was a bit smelly after going to the toilet and the curtains were very thin, which didn’t give much privacy as we were on the ground floor. "
