"Checking in was easy both at the gate for parking pass and at the lobby for check in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend 4 wheel drive if visiting after snow or ice storm. We made it up the first night but slid several times due to ice (the sign at the bottom did say use 4WD). The shuttle service from parking lot to the building is a SUV worked fine for pickups and drop offs, we never had to wait more than 2 to 3 minutes. They have a pantry and "bar" on site for food and...
