"Close to lots to do in Houston. Comfy beds, good water pressure. Adorably decorated. AC works great! Housekeeping needed some work. Has secure parking for two vehicles which is a plus in downtown! Kitchen had everything we needed except dishcloths strangely. Even had a bunch of board games that we did not get to utilize because we were there for work. Enjoyed our stay, thanks Fredrick!"

"the host is very nice and good at communicating with guests. the area is very nice with a great backyard for get togethers. the pool is pretty cold and a bit dirty, but overall great for pictures. the beds were very comfortable and it was a nice space for gatherings. created many memories here! thank you so much!"

"The property was exactly or even better than the pictures shown on the website. The owner of the property was very kind and helpful. We had a power outage and the owner had the generator running so we could have lights so we could continue enjoying our stay. I highly recommend!!!"

"My husband; our 2 adult sons and their wives (our daughters-in-love) and our 5 y/o granddaughter had a wonderful time. The space was the right size for our group, but still allowed for private spaces as well. The vrbo was well-appointed. The management was responsive when we had a glitch with the door code and we appreciated his quick response. I would recommend if you needed to be in the city and needed the space."

"My husband and I stayed here for four days and it was very quiet, comfortable and clean. We were here for a music festival and had no trouble getting an Uber to and from the venue. Finally, we didn’t have any trouble with the hot water so the concern must have been corrected. "

"Kids loved the pool! House is more outdated than the pictures but overall a good place. The house was clean and comfortable but vents were dusty and old. Air conditioner worked great! Please be aware that you are changed by the person or there will be extra fees! Make sure to put the correct guest amount when booking.Host was easy to contact and answered all the questions."
