With four double bedrooms, a brand-new bathroom with underfloor heating, separate laundry and toilet this home has been renovated with family in mind and there is plenty of space for everyone. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with its own access which could be ideal for a young adult. The fully fenced yard includes decking and patio areas for outdoor entertainment and privacy and a great spot to soak up the sun or enjoy the views out to the Pisa Ranges. There is plenty of off-street parking.

I loved how the property is very exchangeable to how many people you are having. The equipment was very well designed and maintained. The house was very cozy, view was totally worth it. It is 40 mins outside of Queentown, but the traffic is great. Cormwell has a lot of stores and groceries. The hostess is amazing, communicated exceptionally well.
