"I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. "Bynack House is a lovely Cairngorm getaway for a couple or small family. The house was clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, good bathroom, comfy beds etc. The hosts even left a complimentary bottle of wine and some Tunnocks! "We had a great weekend in Aviemore. The flat is clean, light and comfortable. We easily walked to and from the train station with backpacks. It's also less than 10 minutes walk to the Tesco Superstore and restaurants. We recommend Cheese and Tomatin Aviemore for lunch/dinner! "The property was clean and tidy with plenty of room for the two of us plus our dog. At the bottom of the garden there was a covered deck area looking into the forest and also a gate directly into the forest. This was ideal for us as we love wildlife and our holidays are centred round it. We were lucky to see some red squirrels while we were there.We highly recommend this property."

"RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. "Negatives: There was an overwhelming damp/off smell when we first entered the apartment which I later discovered came from the vacuum cleaner when I used it. The bathroom light and hot water tap didn't work and the duvet for the sofa bed had a yellow stain on it. The "free kids club" is a run down cabin in which you pay £1 per game of pool (don't expect chalk). There are no plug sockets beside the bedroom mirror/dressing table. The bar area was always empty. Positives: The area is fantastic....
