"This home was perfect for the 6 of us. Our family had a blast cruising around the farm and visiting the animals. Our kiddos did a lot of exploring. Scott was so helpful with answering all of our questions and providing maps of the property. The home had everything we needed and more. "The house was even better than the pictures! The game room area was perfect for our family, even though it was in the 20-30’s outside they had overhead heaters to warm ya up! The bunk-beds were a huge hit for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need and then some! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms - which was a great surprise!!We will definitely stay here again when we come visit family. "

"Loved the location, the peacefulness and privacy. Had everything we needed, even had the extremely friendly dogs and cat visiting. Wild turkeys in the back, deer along the little road to the home. If we go back to the Ark we will definately stay here again."

"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect.
