"We booked this property as a girl holiday getaway for my 40th birthday celebrations. Overall we had a nice stay and found the location great to be able to visit some really stunning towns and villages nearby including Dome, Rocamadour and also had the opportunity to do cannoing in the Dordogne river as it’s such a great spot for it. In terms of the house itself, it had the main things we wanted but I wish the outside area by the pool would have had more greenery or at least a bit of grass....

"This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner. "Fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and absolute peace and quiet. The property is exactly as the photos and description, with top quality appliances and spotlessly clean. A mix of modern and traditional French building. Very friendly and helpful owners, who live adjacent to the property but keep to themselves, although they only speak and email in French. "Le jardinier nous a laissé les cles , ne connaissait pas la maison , n'avait pas le code pour la WIfi . Pour la sortie nous étions prets à 9h00 avons envoyé des messages à la femme de ménage sans réponse et au jardinier qui nous a répondu à 10h que l'on pouvait partir en laissant les clés dans la boite à clé il n'était pas au courant de notre départ !
