"I asked the owners if they would be open to a well behaved dog if we booked multiple weekends in a row during several months for hunting season. They said no which is fine. It doesn't hurt to ask. We booked one night since we didn't have arrangements yet and this is near property we just leased. We didn't get to this cabin until after 6pm. The owner was in the cabin "fixing" the heater and the cabin was not cold. I felt like my integrity was questioned because we didn't get a message to tell...

"The cabin was very clean. There was no firewood available to purchase, and the hot tub would not hold the heat, even in 50° weather. The hot tub was very clean as well. The DVD player worked. The short walk to the trail was nice, and the time it took to get to the bridge was less than an hour. We did not find a creek anywhere near the cabin that was accessible."

"The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend that the host seriously consider subscribing to a basic cable TV service. For the limited time we actually spent at the apartment, we missed watching tv via a cable subscription. "
