"This was our third stay at this property while visiting family in Eugene. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Easy access to downtown and campus. The host was able to accommodate our last-minute request for an early check-in. "

"We were in town for a family event and had a wonderful stay. It was a great cozy home, perfect for family meals and evening conversations. It was close to downtown. Would love to return in the spring when the garden is blooming. "

"This property had everything we needed! I went with a group of 12 people and we were all accommodated comfortably. The host was very gracious and a timely communicator. Went up for a Ducks game, short drive (5-8 minutes) to downtown and campus. Grocery store nearby for everything we needed, restaurants, and Spencer’s butte park for great hiking. 10/10 stay, highly recommend for large groups!"

"Excellent house for a family get together for Thanksgiving and enjoy a Ducks game. Kitchen very well stocked with nice appliances and cook wear. Nice bowls and serving platters for Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the propane grill. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Large living room. Nice porch with view overlooking Eugene. Short drive to downtown and campus. Host was very responsive."

"Our group of 8 had everything we needed. The two full size foldout beds in the living room were a nice surprise so no one had to sleep on the couch (though they could have as it was large and comfortable). We registered our two cars online in order to be able to park and paid 40 to the city for our 3rd car to be able to park legally. The instructions were in the home manual. Location was great and the space was well appointed and clean. Would suggest an additional knife or two as there was just...

"This house was clean and comfortable. The beds were good the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The house was perfect for our visit. Plus, the neighborhood was super nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were very happy with our stay in Eugene! The house was exactly as pictured and was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The kitchen had the basic equipment to function, so that was nice. If you have complicated recipes that require more than salt and pepper or a can opener, I would recommend brining it with you or buying one. However, I have zero complaints! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if given the chance! My kids (and us adults) thoroughly enjoyed the playroom/garage games...

The location was excellent for biking and swimming at the River Road pool and attending Oregon Festival of American Music at The Shedd, downtown. "The owner was great. Communication was quick and easy. Master bed and bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a total of three twin beds. The office has a blow-up queen bed which wasn’t what we expected. The futon is nice in the living room but the other couch is in rough shape."

"Beautiful little home. Back patio was especially nice. Home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and we were allowed to check-in a couple of hours early when our travels got us to town ahead of schedule."
