"We stayed at the property for parents weekend at Xavier University. It was close to Xavier. It is an older house. It was an ok stay. The beds were super hard. Your feet were dirty after walking in them barefoot and it could have been cleaner. There was no real coffee so we had to go out and buy our own. For what we needed, it was ok. "

"My daughter and I took a trip to visit friends and stayed in the cute cottage. It was easy to find and access, clean and cute, the only downside was the traffic noise at night that made sleeping a little difficult in the front bedroom. Otherwise the stay was excellent, the host was great, and we enjoyed our time there. "

"We found the property to be very central. We were about 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do and see. The property needs a bit of repairs like broken blinds. I also suggest some curtains in the master bedroom and the others so as to reduce the effect of bright lights shining into the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"We found this place to be true to the photos. The owner was responsive to messages and kindly agreed to a late check out. I would consider staying here again. Easy parking and check in."

"GPS said, Property will be on your left. But it was on the right. We also expected all odd-numbered addresses to be on the same side of the street. Not so. Arriving after dark, we found the house only after some exploring and inquiring. But once found we thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights there. Will gladly book agan should the need arise."

"My stay was amazing! The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the location is just enough outside the city, but you can be anywhere you need to be in less than 15 mins. I loved the original wood in the house and how upkept everything is inside. Next time, I want to stay in the carriage house! I would prefer more of a kitchen area as I like to bring/cook my own food, and that wasnt much of an option. However, it does not change my rating and overall experience"
