"I loved it only downside was no constant fan and the ac in the bedroom sounded extremely lound and clunky when it was on. Also the wall thermostats didnt really work well. Seems very cheap and not high quality. But other then that everything else eas phenomenal."

"Great stay but when I went out at 4:00am to get something from my car nothing was locked, either door. Anyone could have walked in. That is very concerning. We had women giggling right outside, and at our door about 11:00 pm and had a phone call with no one there at the same time. Very weird. "

"The El Capitan is reliably clean and comfortable with lovely decor. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The restaurants serve well prepared, fresh foods. Only drawback, the midnight train whistle, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for that. "
