"Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. "The guy who owns the property is a character, and he clearly loves the history of the house. However, the rooms are in disrepair—open electrical sockets! Stuff is everywhere. The place still needs a lot of work. It smells throughout the house of cigar or pipe smoke. The B&B itself could be amazing but it needs professional management!"

"We had a wonderful week here and the house was a great place for us to have family over as we have many relatives from Ireland we hadn’t seen in years. The kitchen, living room and outdoor area are all spacious, as are the bedrooms. Lots of great local dining options and things to do in the welcome book. We loved the local restaurants!"
