"Smallest bathroom ever Sink didn’t drain and shower leaked"

"Very friendly staff. Close to city centre and Queens University. Good breakfast. Hotel clean. Shower was in the room which might be an issue if travelling with friends not family. Toilet light was automatic and stayed on for ages, also switched on randomly in middle of the night. Air con switches off after a relatively short amount of time (to conserve energy) so we often were woken up in the middle of the night in a boiling hot room."

"Excellent family hotel. Really close to everything. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Lots of staff making sure everything is perfect. This morning we woke up to the hotel lobby and restaurant transformed for Easter! Such a nice gesture. "

"Great location but no parking and belfast loves to collect money from parking tickets. Parking expensive around that area. Great bar, restaurant, good bar service. Room was okay, bed said it was a king, obviously a kingsize bed in NI is alot smaller than most places! Room wasnt the cleaniest, shower decent with good waterpressure. Couch cheap, Ikea?uncomfortable. "
