"Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly and the room was spacious, beds were comfortable and there was a good view over the city. The breakfasts were good - decent coffee and orange juice and Irish breads. Plenty of choice for non meat eaters but choice of a vegan sausage or mushrooms would have been better. We had a couple of drinks in the bar and a friendly member of bar staff, Shiva, enticed us to try a new cocktail and mocktail ... they were delicious. We ordered snacking dishes...

"A very helpful receptionist sorted out rooms on the same floor and car parking for the people transporting me around Belfast. This feels like a very upmarket hotel at basic chain prices with all the facilities anyone could want. "

"Stayed over for my son's 7th birthday. The staff were friendly and polite , the rooms were clean and well laid out. The cooked breakfast was nice and the pool was enjoyable. All in all a really nice place to stay and the staff were far nicer and more polite than I'm used to in similar hotels. "
