"Lovely stay, attic room very nice but heating should have been turned on before we arrived on one of the coldest days of the year! It was very cold and took a while to warm up. "Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend. "

"I stayed here recently on a short break in Lincoln. It’s well located in a quiet area very near the castle. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful. Stokes cafe and a great tapas restaurant are just across the courtyard and there’s a large pay and display car park behind the hotel if you drive. The hotel is very attractive and is gradually getting investment. My room was one that has already been renovated and was of a great standard. My only criticism would be that the mattress...
