"When i put in the confirmed name "Quay Apartments Exchange Quay" in Google maps, i was brought to another block about a mile away. I had to phone to get the correct name ( Syren Apts) and the correct post code. This is basic and should be sorted out with the confirmation. Apartment was ok but needs repaint in kitchen. Shower backed up & nearly flooded. Rain noise on window surround wierdly loud during night."

"5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"Nice place. Bigger and nicer than expected. Comfy bed. Big room with a sofa and space to eat / watch TV. Powerful hot rainfall shower. Two loos. Small kitchen area with a hob and small oven. Toaster. Kettle. Few nice bits left to use including shower items and kitchen essentials. Few issues contacting owner as they were locked out of app but extremely helpful by phone. £10 into city in an Uber. Secure parking. "

"I booked for one night months in advance, paid and received confirmation. On the way to the property as I hadn't heard the details of how to access the property, I contacted the host and was told that he didn't realise there was a booking and that it wasn't available (apparently it was being refurbished). I was left to find alternative accommodation at the last minute which was more expensive and very inconvenient. The host refunded me his part of the cost, but I haven't been refunded Vrbo's...
