"Fantastic location. Walking distance to Etihad stadium and co op live. Easy bus and tram links into the city center. Free secure parking onsite House was clean and well equipped with plenty of soaps and towels etc provided. The only negative was the mattresses weren't very comfortable, other than this we had a great stay"

"6 friends/family enjoyed 2 nights here. 10 min walk from Piccadilly and close to Trafford centre and shops/bars/restaurants. A spacious, well presented property. The top bedroom more suited to kids re access being a little difficult. Great to have some outside space. Felt very secure, Would visit again."

"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...
