This wonderful, unique, one bedroom condo is located at Residencias Reef on the top floor for the best view. This community is a premier gated condominium property. The complex is made up of four 3-story low-rise buildings. The grounds are large enough to feel spacious, but small enough to have that very special 5 Star resort feel. There is a perfectly oriented ocean view pool and private walk-in beach. There are two private heated pools, and a rooftop solarium with a bathroom and outdoor shower to cool off. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and very well groomed. The white sandy beach is perfectly maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and thatch Palapas for a mix of shade and sun. Just north, the Secrets pier provides a convenient pick-up spot to go diving or fishing. A fee of 10$ applies to guests using the Secrets pier for boat access but you can walk a little farther south down the beach and use the Paradise pier for free.

The condo is extremely well appointed with quality furnishings including 2 recliners, a sleeper sofa, linens, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need; Plenty of Bottled water, coffee maker w/ k-cup option, toaster, blender, pots and pans, an electric Grill, air fryer, and more. There is free U.S. calling, wireless 2g /5g Internet in the condo and at both pools and we have Amazon fire sticks on both TV's; a 60" big-screen Smart TV in the living room and a 2nd smart TV in the Bedroom. There are two AC units in the condo and ceiling fans. This condo has the best view in building 4 and the easiest access to the rooftop solarium which includes a 2nd bathroom, great view, and convenient semi-private lounging or gaming options.

If you want more action a three minute stroll south down the beach will take you to several beachside restaurant-bar / beach club establishments with a full array of watersports including Sea-doos, sailboats and parasailing.

Of all of the places we've stayed through the years this one is our favorite. It's very clean and spacious. The Residencias Reef "resort" was just beautiful! And so well maintained. We were impressed with how well the rental was laid out with plenty of space. The Wifi worked well the whole time. The pool was very well maintained. The maid service cleaners were polite and thorough. The whole kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe the entire time. We plan on returning to this specific rental again!

PARADISE! ABSOLUTELY PARADISE!
We absolutely loved the location. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Every day we enjoyed the most amazing sunset & ocean views, and it was a very short walk to the pool or beach. The host made sure we had clear instructions for our arrival, and his local managers made sure we were well looked after. They did all of our grocery shopping for a reasonable fee so when we arrived at the condo it was fully stocked. The staff and security people at this quiet & well looked after community are incredibly helpful & nice. The location is out of the touristy area, but still not a far drive to town. Dive or snorkel boats can pick up and drop off at the pier a 1 minute walk up the beach which is extremely convenient. There is secure parking if you have a car, or the staff will get you a taxi on very short notice whenever you like. The pool was heated and the whole atmosphere was super relaxing. The pictures really don't do the place justice. If we go back to Cozumel this is definitely where we will be staying.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The access to scuba trips was easy. The condo grounds were very well kept. I enjoyed getting to know the local community and had many great meals where the locals eat away from the touristy places. I will be returning many times to this place !!

Where to even begin. This property and condo is five star all the way. It was clean and comfortable everything that you would ever need in a condo. I hate to leave this review because I want it to be available when we return. That grounds are very well maintained and the staff could not have been an better. Beautiful beach and you almost have it to yourself. We met some amazing people and most have stayed there before or own. We stayed 3 weeks and did not want to leave. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Having a washer and dryer was a high bonus. Until next time….

Perfect Stay
Property was just as described. I can't tell you how much we LOVED the decor, art work, quality linens etc. The only thing I had trouble with was working the oven but that is because I don't own a convection oven. Great balcony and view. Definitely walk over to Dona Chely's for breakfast while staying there. If we visit Cozumel we would 100% stay at this property again.

Perfect Cozumel Sight
I have been to Cozumel a number of times but this is the first time I stayed at Residencias Reef. I will always go back to this location and this condo in the future. Everything was outstanding. Very nice furnishings, immaculately clean and awesome location. The beach and pools are just steps away. Easy taxi (or rent a car with easy parking) to get to town. Even the guards and in the gatehouse were gracious and awesome. For divers, it could not be better. The pier where dive shops will pick you up is less than 5 minutes walk away. A wonderful location for a perfect beach/dive vacation.

Wonderful, quiet place to get away (and stay connected)
The condo was wonderful! It was a great place to continue our adventures, 'working from home'. The view is great from the balcony. I enjoyed starting my day by walking on the beach and then checking in with work while staring out at the ocean. There was never a problem getting a chair by the pool or on the beach. It was so nice to be away from town (especially when there were 5-6 cruise ships in town) but close enough when you wanted to get there. I was also thrilled that there really was very little to no sargassum on the beach in front of the condo. If there was, it was cleaned up early in the am! Ross always responded when there were any questions. I hope we can do another 'adventure' very soon.

Great Relaxing Get Away!
We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful property! The balcony looks out at the ocean to watch the colorful and peaceful sunsets. Very clean and high end kitchen with all of the amenities needed to prepare as many meals as you would like. Just steps to the beach we were able to relax in lounge chairs under the palm trees on the beach or sun by the pool. Very easy to access - just a 15-20 min drive from the airport and a short drive to a grocery store, shopping area, and restaurants but separate and secluded from the town. Wifi helped us stay connected as needed. The owner and the management/staff were very receptive, friendly and helpful and all of our needs and questions were met. We visited during a holiday week and rarely passed or heard other guests on the property so it was a quiet and relaxing get away. We felt very safe during our stay at this location and throughout Cozumel. We will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for ten days over the x-mas holidays. Communications prior to and during our stay with Ross and Fulvio were timely and very helpful. Clean, bright, fully furnished condo were exactly as described upon entering. I was happy to find out that the bed was very comfy as I have a bad back and was somewhat worried before our trip. We fully enjoy the clean pools and our long walks on the beach. The balcony is a nice size and faces beautiful sunsets day after day. Only a $15 dollar cab ride to the downtown area and is much less if you pay in mexicain pesos. The covid process to obtain the pcr (covid) test was simple as well. We definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to catch up on your R&R. We will be back to the Residecias Reef!

Great place to stay!
This is an awesome place to stay. It's a 20 minute drive from town which is close enough to get to some great restaurants everyday and far enough away that it's pretty quiet. The condo is well-maintained, clean, has everything you might need and is super comfortable. Highly recommended!
