LUXURY PENTHOUSE CONDO WITH NEW FURNITURE! AMAZING SEA VIEW, POOL & TENNIS

This beautifully decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home. The unit offers a spacious floor plan and has 2-bedrooms, 2.5-baths. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath highlighting a double vanity. The second bedroom offers a king bed and the room also has a private bath. It is a perfect option for couples. The all-new kitchen has American appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies. The 300 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens from the top floor of Palmar.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a later check-out.

For your safety we are leaving spray disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Cabin on the Coast
We have stayed at several places in the area and in the same building but this is our new favorite. It was the perfect accommodation for us and our parents. It was very accessible. Taking the elevator to the pool was easy. They were able to relax in the morning, sipping coffee while watching the ships roll and we could go diving. In the evening they would watch the sunset from the living room. They left the place sometimes but I think they would have been content staying at their retreat in the sky. The Cozumel Habitats team was always in communication and were an excellent concierge. Can’t way to stay there again. Thank you so much for taking care of my family.

Great condo
This is a great condo. It was very clean upon our arrival. Communication with the property management was very easy and they are quick to respond. We had everything we needed to cook and the unit is well equipped. Washer and Dryer were full size and work well. View is awesome and complex is very clean and well cared for. Everything we used worked great. Great location about two miles south of town. There are nearby restaurants and small stores. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful luxury condo with outstanding hosts!
The hosts Chris and Victoria were amazing! They helped us repeatedly with our unique needs, and were gracious and kind in the process. They were very quick to reply to messages and always helpful. When we arrived, they had stocked the fridge with some beers, waters and groceries for an omelet the first morning without us asking! The condo was beautiful with 2 king bedrooms with en-suite baths and an additional half bath. The balcony and view were outstanding! AC worked well to keep us cool and the building staff was very friendly. The unit had attendants at the building entrance and parking entrance around the clock and felt very secure. The huge pool was warm and spacious with water view! The fridge had an automatic ice maker with filtered water for lots of cold drinks. The unit was well equipped with dishes, pot/pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave, beach towels, pool floats and an ice chest. An Oxxo quick stop store in located at the street for snacks/drinks. Thank you for an amazing stay! We’ll definitely be back!

The condo has the best views around and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay. We went to Sunset Bar and Grille nearly every day for happy hour and to snorkel. The supermarket is very close also. We look forward to coming back soon.

Paradise
This was the perfect condo/location for my birthday and wedding anniversary. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The condo was beautifully decorated and tons of amenities. This was truly an amazing experience. So much to do all within walking distance from the condo. We even ordered pizza and wings one night when we didn’t feel like leaving. You won’t regret booking this condo for your next vacation. We’ll definitely book again.

We’ve stayed at this condo complex 8 times. This particular condo is our favorite. The view is beautiful. The condo is decorated beautifully. The kitchen has everything you could need. Amazing ocean view!
I originally booked 8E but there were some unexpected delays in repairs of the balcony roof from the recent hurricane and I was given the option to stay in the newly remodeled 5C unit and it was perfect. This condo has a spectacular unobstructed ocean view that can be seen through the glass railing. It is very clean and modern with firm yet comfortable beds. The property staff was always friendly and nice. Management checked on me (via VRBO messaging) to make sure everything was okay with the unit and reminded me about the maid service day, covid test requirements and few other things. They were also very prompt to respond to a request I had. I enjoyed being able to make my breakfast in the morning and take in the breath taking ocean views from the balcony, bed, and living areas. Truly a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to returning here again.

Great Condo!!
This was our 3rd time staying at The Palmar and our 2nd time in this particular unit. It is a great condo. Great location and very nice view. Chris & Victoria are great. We came down to dive for the week. This property is conveniently located, easy to get to. The condo is very well stocked and clean. Communication with Chris & Victoria was easy and also with Lais. I would highly recommend this property. We hope to come back soon. We love the diving in Cozumel.

We Love Palmar......and the new management!!!
We have stayed at Palmar for the past 2 years, so when new owners Chris and Victoria of Cozumel Habitats took over, it was if Elizabeth and Matt were still there. I love Victoria. She is the best and a night owl too. However, she makes things so easily available and the transition is great. Before our stay things were right on time with the passcode and anything you needed. The condo was picture perfect clean. So, that was fine, and the condo was still loaded with things to get you started. We were missing each other as time moved so quickly. this condo is easily accessible to everything..... the Mega, Diving, The Dolphinaris, Restaurants, Catamarans, too much to list here...... The final day Victoria scheduled us an early taxi. I had to call her as my husband left his wedding band.!! Wowzer. She handled it like a champ! The good thing, they always made sure we were okay and if there was anything we needed or if they could do anything to make our trip more enjoyable. They are great hosts!! We will be back for sure, and trust me, better beat us to booking !! ;o)

Bright condo on the ocean. Upgraded appliances, modern look throughout. Nice location - perfect for divers as a really good, friendly dive shop is across the street (Marine World). This is my 4th stay and I will be back! May 2019
