Welcome to The Roof Top, a unique and private getaway designed for relaxation and comfort. This studio boasts an exclusive rooftop with a small pool, available solely for guests. The rooftop terrace features a charcoal grill, sink, fridge, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for enjoying the stunning views. It's truly my favorite spot to unwind, whether you're watching the sunrise and sunset, lounging by the pool, or grilling your favorite meal. It's a one-of-a-kind experience, and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do!

Inside the studio, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized pillow-top mattress, a 47" smart TV, and high-speed internet. The full-sized closet, bathroom, and mid-sized kitchen, complete with an electric stove, blender, coffee maker, and all the essentials, are perfect for preparing your favorite dishes. For your convenience, there's a 5-gallon water jug with an electric pump, but please note that it will need to be refilled if more water is required.

For longer stays of 28 days or more, a complimentary weekly housekeeping service is available upon request. The studio also has a washer and dryer located downstairs for your convenience—just remember to bring your own detergent and only 2 loads per week. Thanks

The property is ideally located just two blocks from Sam's Club and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and more. The ocean and ferry terminal are about a mile away, a quick 10-minute drive, and the airport is just 7 minutes away. Parking is available outside for your rental car, and if you rent scooters from outside, I highly recommend parking them inside the property for added security. If you rent my scooters, they must be parked inside.

The property is situated in a central, safe neighborhood, where you'll experience life among the locals. A park is just around the corner, where residents gather every evening to socialize and play sports, offering you an authentic glimpse into local life.

For your safety, the property is equipped with video cameras at the entrance and pool area, as well as an alarm system for peace of mind. We look forward to hosting you and providing an unforgettable Cozumel experience!

Lots of privacy and feels cozy
I had a great time staying here. Location is great because you have lots of privacy and quiet for when you need to rest to go dive. Food options nearby are awesome. Host and groundskeepers were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay

Good value for money
The property was very much as listed. The unit is newly renovated with a very nice shower; however the bathroom is very small otherwise and a little awkward. The bedroom is very large with a comfortable double bed and storage but due to the blackout coating on the patio doors to the pool and lounge area (providing thorough privacy), there is no view when the doors are closed and it is quite dark in the room during the day. The kitchen is very nice with seating for 6, the air fryer, blender and cooktop are great to have, there is newer basic dishware, glasses and lots of untensils (no covers for the pots and pans). The laundry facilities are very nice to have. Jaime was very responsive to our requests and will organize cleaning in between if needed. For a longer stay, what would have been a gamechanger for us, would be to have a couch. For much of our visit, it rained so using the outdoor loungers was not an option - not anybody's fault. The pool is kept in pristine condition. Would consider staying again if there was a couch worked into the furnishings. Nice place!
