This beautiful, three bedroom/two bath, beachfront condominium is next to Chankanaab Marine Park and has the best shore snorkeling on the Island. Enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the cruise ships sail by in the crystal blue Caribbean from your two private terraces. This is a second floor condo in a complex of 13 units (very private with no high-rises) with a full ocean view. Climb up to the rooftop palapa for an even more spectacular view!

We will provide assistance in arranging activities for your stay including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips. There is a dock for boat pickup right next door at Tortugas Beach club!

We can also arrange for grocery delivery or a private cook for an additional cost.

The condo is stocked with everything you will need including beach towels, snorkel gear, BBQ, hammocks, full kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room.

Great for divers - there is a dive shop next door (Ponte Buzo at Tortugas) and there is a dive gear rinse tank at the beach.

You can easily keep in touch with family and friends -- there's FREE wireless broadband and FREE long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada. There is TV/DVD and NETFLIX in every room.

We are located within walking distance of Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club next door and Uvas Beach Club featuring glass bottom kayak excursions.

Our bilingual property manager will offer advice and discounts on various activities including scuba, snorkel and fishing trips.

The south side of the island is in close proximity to the coral reefs, popular beach clubs, Punta Sur and much more. Located just south of town, you are only a five-minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and activities of downtown.

Gorgeous location, beautiful sunsets, great snorkeling. Just a great time. Away from middle of downtown and cruise ship crowds, but only 5 minute ride away.

Perfect Place
Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.

LOVED this condo!!
We absolutely loved Jim and Kellery’s condo!! Beautiful decor, spacious and super clean! Plenty of bottled water and yummy fruit. Super quiet area but close to everything. Great pool and incredible views from the HUGE deck. The furniture is beautiful. Great WiFi (love expat channels!!) They provided an incredible info book (in advance!) with recommendations, maps and info about Cozumel and the condo. We will definitely stay here when we go back to Cozumel!! ❤️

Our group of 6 friends stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the view! We had a few minor problems along the way, but they were resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your condo with our group. Would not hesitate to rent again!

Paradise!
Wonderful place with beautiful views. The wrap around deck off the living room and access to palapa for sunsets was just the place to relax with coffee and drinks. The decor was authentic with real wood carving furniture, and tasteful colorful paintings. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and a charcoal grill. Filtered water also plenty on site. Snorkeling was great right out front and a nice little bridge over the rocks. We can’t wait to come back again.

Several divers, some non-divers. We all had a blast! Definitely recommend renting a car for this location. Nearby restaurants close early after cruisers leave for the day.

Great spot with lots of room for family
We had a wonderful stay. The 3 bedroom space was perfect for us with our 2 college aged kids. Easy access to the beach, everything you need in the condo. Easy drive to downtown but just far enough to avoid cruise ship crowds.

The Condo was incredible. Beautiful accommodations and very clean. Communication with Management was clear and easy. The property was calm and quiet. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and drinks. It was nice being next to Tortugas Beach Club for a meal and drinks (They close early). If we ever come back to Cozumel, I would definitely stay again. I would recommend a car unless you don't mind paying for taxis in order to leave the location.

We had a great time at Paradise Condominums. The condo was perfect, and it fit our family of 7 well. We booked again for next year. Communicating with the owners was flawless. Having a washer dryer was great! We will pack less for sure next year. Having Tortugas beach club next door was great for booking a snorkel cruise and for getting a snack. I also had a massage from Alma at Tortugas that was fantastic!! I’ll be seeing her next year. John and Becky

Great property with excellent snorkeling
We were looking for a relaxing place to stay where we could snorkel from shore. This hit the mark. The condo is well equipped. We loved the large balcony with the hammock. It is a small friendly place where conversations from balconies happen with neighbors walking by the pool. The owner and property manager were easy to reach if you had a question or concern. We dove with Scuba Tony who picked up from the dock right next door. My husband is urging me to book here for next year. We’ve been fortunate to travel extensively around the Caribbean and this location is at the top of the list as one of our favorites.

Another fantastic stay!
We love this complex and this condo was great. The layout is nice with some separation between rooms. The kitchen is open and well appointed. And the views of the pool, beach and ocean are simply lovely. The wrap around deck was an excellent spot for morning coffee and an afternoon rest. The primary bathroom is a little odd with the large tub you have to step into, but it’s workable and had decent water pressure in the shower. The hosts provide drinking water for all of your needs and the manager, Alex, was very easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions or needs. We will definitely keep this one at the top of our list for our next stay.

I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Cozumel now. This condo has absolutely everything we need, is super clean and you can’t beat the location. The owners are incredibly responsive and answer questions quickly and have help available immediately when needed. We cannot say enough good things about how much we love it here!

Lovely get away
This is a beautiful condo in a great location, stocked with everything you could need for an awesome get away. There is great snorkeling out front to the left of Las Tortuga's toward Chaankanab. We did a week of diving with Challenge Divers who I highly recommend. Eric and his son were helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the reef. It was a great stay, we will be back

Great location
Our trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach club Tortugas next door as well as Uvas. Our favorite most economical restaurant we visited was Sorrisi Italian restaurant. The restaurant was extremely clean , orderly and the food was delicious. We also went to Kondesa which was fabulous. Great garden like atmosphere. Food was delicious. The drinks were also tasty. We saw rays, tropical fish and a barracuda in the ocean in front of the condominium. Wonderful relaxing week.

Resort experience without the crowds!
Great home base for a week in Cozumel! The condo was perfect for our family with everything we needed and more, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and beach towels, beach gear and AC. Such a wonderful view from the balcony. It was so nice to have housekeeping service during the week. The servers from Tortuga's Beach Club next door will take orders and deliver food to you by the pool, the best of resort life without the crowds. Snorkeling was great right off the beach. We can't wait to return!

Alex, the property manager was available, however we were fine. We kept busy all week with a variety of activities. The condo has extras like beach chairs and snorkel gear. There were spices, however we never cooked. The only negative would be having to navigate some rocks to get into the beach. We would rent again.

Great time in Paradise
We really enjoyed our stay at this property . Communication with the owners and property manager was very easy and they were helpful in every way. We stayed 2 weeks and were sad to leave. The condo is well equipped and spacious, and the small development (13 units) is well maintained and clean. The small beach in front was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Also enjoyed the rooftop palapa for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Snorkeling was good right off the beach, with lots of friendly fish! We rented a car which made it easy to explore the east side of the island (beautiful), shop and go to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Colorful Condo in a Wonderful Location
Great condo! We had two couples and a teenager and the size was perfect for us.The unit was very clean. Loved the location and view. We rented a jeep so we could come and go as we pleased. It was a dive trip and we loved that our dive boat picked us up at Tortuga’s, just steps away from the condo. The Mexican decor was fun and added to the vacation vibe. The condo was well-stocked with many necessities. Loved the ocean view balcony. (I probably wouldn’t recommend this unit for the elderly or toddlers due to the tile stairs up to the unit and the hard tile floors inside.) Alex, the manager, was very responsive. We had 7 other family members on the trip and they rented a condo in the same complex so it was easy for us to socialize. Very enjoyable for all and a great deal in our estimation. We will be back!
