Gorgeous Condo
We have stayed at RR 9 other times and this condo is hands down our absolute favorite!!! It’s very comfortable, well stocked, clean, very well decorated and has fantastic views! All the beds were very very comfortable which hasn’t been the case in other condos. We appreciate that we had hot water during our whole shower with great water pressure. The decor is perfection! It was updated and not cluttered. We can’t wait to book again. We even made a list of things we can leave at home because it’s that well stocked!!! The description is spot on as are the photos.

Fabulous condo!
The condo was beautifully decorated and VERY well stocked with everything imaginable. Such a nice surprise to walk into the condo with soft music playing, fresh flowers and a treat of guac, pico and chips! The porch is amazing and the view gorgeous. The location to the pool is convenient and it's a short walk to the beach. The housekeeper was friendly and attentive. Mario, the property manager, was extremely helpful from having our groceries waiting for us, arranging taxis, to helping plan excursions with Travelover's CZM. He definitely went above and beyond especially when he helped us to try and find a lost wallet. Reyna stopped by and cooked for us a couple of nights. She is the sweetest woman and a wonderful cook. Her food was scrumptious!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise. We had an amazing girl's trip!!

Our best Vrbo experience ever
First of all, the thought that has gone into what a guest might need at this property is above anywhere we’ve rented. Everything from beach bags to drink coolers are provided, along with pool towels and Tylenol. The property itself is delightful. The patio is amazing and we spent most of our time there. The bedrooms are excellent and kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need. We are divers and being able to have the dive shop pick us up on the dock was so easy and enjoyable. One thing to check into is that there is a dock fee, and our dive shop paid it for us. If the dive shop doesn’t, the divers are then responsible. Worthwhile asking your dive shop about this!! This community is peaceful and not crowded. We were always able to get beach chairs or pool chairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay away from the hub-bub of the city and it was easy to drive to go out to dinner. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Cozumel!!

The location is perfect with the beach and pool right there and the dock for the boat pick up too is so convenient. I try to get toe Cozumel twice a year and this condo is always our first choice.

Nice well maintained property
The property is at the south end of the island and about 15 minute drive from downtown and grocery stores / markets. We did rent a car and found it very useful. In front of the property is a beautiful beach, but much of the coral is dead. We did drive up to Chankanaab, where the snorkeling is much better. Although we didn't go on any dives on this trip, I believe the dive spots have better biodiversity and the reefs are much better. The property itself was very clean and the pools were beautiful and refreshing. Cindy provided all the information we needed, so logistics were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

My favorite place to stay on the island
We stayed at Casa de Case in March and loved it so much we couldn't wait to go back. We actually scheduled our recent trip to Cozumel around the condo availability. Once I stayed at Casa de Case I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We have stayed at Residencias Reef 5 times and this condo was the best of them. It is spacious, very nicely furnished and has everything you need to have a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The view is amazing from every room. Cindy the owner is so kind and easy to work with. We look forward to returning for another stay at Casa de Case.

This was our third stay at Casa de Case and always it was great. My wife and daughters really like the condo the beds are amazing the best sleep in a VRBO I've had. The maid service is outstanding and the lady is so nice we really felt good about having her come in each day. We will stay here again next year its now the only place my wife likes to stay in Cozumel and we have been going there every year for the last 25 + years.

Casa de Case is a beautiful condo that has everything you could ask for while staying in Cozumel! The location is very central to the downtown area or if you are heading South to the beach resorts. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing...grocery delivery, maid service, comfortable beds, coolers, beach cart, beach towels, etc. simply too much to list! Plus, the close proximity to the dock for scuba is another amenity! I highly recommend this property for your next tropical getaway! Don't wait and book now!

Cindy's condo is beautiful with an amazing view. The property is clean and safe. All of the people working at the property were so very nice and accommodating. Both of the pools were very clean and warm and never overcrowded. My girls loved looking for the huge crabs and iguanas throughout the grounds. It was a great family friendly place to stay. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and we arrived late on Saturday. I was in contact with Cindy and her property manager, Mario. They were BEYOND helpful. They arranged for groceries and dinner to be delivered so we didn't have to go hunting late at night on Easter weekend. I was in contact with Mario multiple times throughout the week and he helped us arrange covid tests on our last day and a fabulous chef at our apartment, Roxy. I would recommend her 100 times over. Additionally, Norma, the housekeeper was absolutely delightful. She came everyday except for Sunday and our place was always spotless. She was kind and thoughtful and not intrusive. She even gave our girls bracelets on the last day with their names on them. I can not say enough about our wonderful experience with Cindy's property. She will send you an in depth informational packet and I would use it when planning if you have not been to Cozumel before. We got a few dive days in and used ScubaLife and they picked us up a the dock next door to the property. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Diego's in town was the best dinner we had out. We also enjoyed ceviche and beer for a sunset at Alberto's, just a short drive away. Lastly, we did enjoy a day at Palancar beach which requires $10 a person to be spent on food/drink-not much when we got to be on a swimmable/calm beach all day. Thank you for letting us experience Casa de Case. It is a well loved condo!

Casa de Case did not disappoint. The unit is very nicely furnished and was very clean. The towels both for the pool and shower were plentiful and of good quality. The bed linens were very soft and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with quality dishes and cookware (I even used the Nutri Bullet!). The view from the well furnished outside patio was spectacular. The property was quiet and relaxing and well kept. I would definitely stay here again (hopefully we will be back soon!).

Fantastic Condo; Lovely Island; Kindest People
Wow! What a wonderful time my friends and I had in Beautiful Cozumel!!!! I can’t say enough great things about the Condo, Cindy (our Owner) Norma (our housekeeper….what a gem!) and all of the gracious and kind people on the Island! I have been to many homes on VRBO but this one far surpasses the others. This condo is gorgeous and the location so relaxing. I think that all of the extra touches and thoughtful amenities made this vacation spectacular such as: a fresh flower arrangement greeted each of my guests, plenty of hangers, a hand wash drying rack, very well-equipped kitchen, inspirational collection of books, lots of American TV stations and premium channels, large water dispenser, robes, basket of disinfectant products for our use, cute pineapple basket holding post-it notes, sharpie, scissors,etc. Cindy has thought of everything! Regarding Covid or other safety concerns… we felt safer here than in the States, They have a 90% vaccination rate; everyone wears masks, etc. And the security officers monitor the gate 24/7. They are so friendly and helpful. They called us taxis and we never waited more than 5 minutes! What did we do in Cozumel? Well we relaxed at the marvelous pools; we took a jeep tour around the Island; we saw the reefs on the Atlantis submarine; we took the ferry to Playa del Carmen and had a great day of shopping on 5th Ave; we ate at some great places…Guido’s, Dona Cheles, Albertos, Casa Mission, Money Bar, and Jeanie’s. We also cooked some meals…we found that their grocery prices were far less costly than in the U.S. I am hopeful that I will return some day. But not before I extend my gratitude for all of the many kindness’s that we received at Residencias Reef, Casa de Case; and the welcoming Island of Cozumel!!! God Bless you all!
