My 16-year-old son and I stayed in March while on a scuba diving trip. The front desk staff were terrific. The room was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The rooftop restaurant was very convenient. We loved the convenience store downstairs, too. Very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious and clean rooms with beautiful ocean views. Staff has been super helpful too when helping us dealing with a rental company issue. Hotel breakfast is super great!

The hotel room is adorable. Be advised, that there is a huge gap between the bottom of the hotel room door and the floor, that bothered me. I had to stuff a towel under there every night. Luckily, no critters creeped into my room. There were a few hiccups, for example, the pillows had a weird smell, the toilet seat, and were broken, but the staff rectified the situation immediately. The service and staff were exceptional. I’d come back just for that alone. Also the rooftop bar had amazing food, surprisingly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay here again. The local is super walkable and close to many shops and attractions. I felt safe, as a solo female traveller.

We really enjoyed our stay.. check the mini fridge on arrival.. we didn’t pay attention to it except a half eaten cookie and several things were missing that they were gonna charge me for. Luckily they believed me when I told him we didn’t eat or drink anything from it.

Great place. The staff is beyond friendly. A bit noisy since is right on the main hwy. Breakfast included is really good. I'll stay here again if I ever go back to Cozumel

Not a great stay
The rooms smelled bad, hot water heater did not work. They did not come clean one of our 2 rooms at all. Very very noisy, could not leave door open. Even at night or very early in the morning. Overall we did not enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant on top of the hotel is good enough you will not have to go anywhere else unless you want to.

What a great place to stay! We had such an awesome time at Albatros Suites. This place is NOT a resort which we LOVED! The fact that there is not 1000 people everywhere was incredible. I enjoyed how quiet the establishment was! It felt like it was private just for us! Gerardo and the other person in reception, as well as all the servers in the rooftop restaurant / bar were very very kind. All very welcoming, super friendly and attentive! The rooms were quite big, clean and all had a balcony looking over to the Caribbean Sea! I would absolutely recommend this gem and will definitely be back!

The staff were amazing. The pool area was beautiful and location was excellent. It was our 1st time traveling with our pet and they made it an great 1st time experience. We literally drove from Playa at 7p that night and they were near the port and had availability. The rooms were spacious and the restaurant upstairs and downstairs were delicious. The only complaint... the beds. My back and neck are still hurting The beds are like sleeping on wood platforms. This is the only thing that would make me think twice about rebooking, they are so hard! If this isn't a drawback for you, this is a great option
