Our condo is just steps away from the beach and world class diving! We boast the very most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Our condo is decorated in a Fiesta color scheme and comes newly furnished and complete, with all the amenities and the comforts of home. Located on the first floor, there are no stairs to climb. Enjoy magnificent views, a beautiful pool and awesome, quiet beach just steps away. Ultimate luxury at an affordable rate... We promise, you will be completely satisfied and never disappointed. Shortly after your arrival to the condo you will be met in person by our professional English speaking property manger, who will welcome you to your new home away from home! Fresh fruits and cold beverages upon arrival will help you to start your vacation the right way. You will be given a tour of the condo and the complex to get familiar with everything. Our manager will be available throughout your entire stay! Enjoy your stay...you deserve the BEST.

We provide daily maid service. Our reliable and trustworthy housekeeper, Eli will come to the condo every day except for Sunday to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes, make the beds, clean floors, make sure towels are clean and make sure that the only thing you do is relax and enjoy your vacation!

Beautiful property, excellent location. Well-stocked kitchen. They even have snorkels in the laundry room. The maid did a wonderful job. The owner and property manager were very helpful and attentive.

Great location
Overall, this was a perfect spot for me and my family! We loved having the beach footsteps away and also loved having access to the pier at Tortugas next door where we were conveniently picked up for two separate trips (scuba, el Cielo tour). Definitely recommend if you have kids like we do!

Best Vacation Rental Ever
Staying here made our trip! EVERY SINGLE THING about this place is fabulous. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding, we slept wonderfully! It is so so very clean. They have everything you need right there. We had the beach to ourselves and were able to snorkel right from the shore! The pool was clean. Sometimes I’m disappointed in a Vrbo because it’s not as nice as the pictures , this is the opposite, 10 times better than the pictures! So beautiful, great communication with the owners and management, great location! We will definitely be back

Enjoyed our week in Cozumel at Paradise Condominiums. The condo was well stocked and the daily maid service was great. Enjoyed using the snorkeling gear provided and snorkeling off the beach each day!

Wonderful stay!
Tracy and Saul were wonderful communicators. The property was as described. Unfortunately, it rained much of the time we were there but had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Beautiful Spot!!!
What a wonderful little piece of paradise!!! My family of 7 spent 4 wonderful nights here - it was not too far from town and the beach in front of the condo is beautiful! Snorkeling was great right at our own beach too! Thank you to Anis and Stella for thinking of all the little things that we would have wanted at the condo! We had a great stay!

We picked the right spot!
We were impressed by the views, the beautiful sunsets right from our unit, the condo itself, the staff Tracey had lined up to cover every detail (Saul, Eli, Fulvio and Cindy) and the availability of snorkeling right out front. Tortuga's (right next door) was some of the best food we had while on Cozumel and on a calm day we were able to snorkel to Chankanaab, saw many fish and a stingray along the way. Through the gate we saw a dolphin and had an amazing interaction with a Manatee. Many tours also stop for pick up at Tortuga's Dock.

Everything we were hoping for!
We loved our stay at this Condo. It was everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. The condo was decorated so cute, it was comfortable, and everything worked as it should! The location was excellent being very close to the marine park, we could snorkel over to it and enjoy all of the fishes and coral. The beach was very nice and the pool as well. The condo was stunning and we highly recommend a stay here while in Cozumel.

The condo has everything we need and more. The check-in process was effortless with ample communication. We only had internet the very last night of our stay, but every effort was made to correct the outage. We were blessed to have our dive-master pick us up right from the beach and we would happily stay again.

Great location and very nice condo!
We stayed for a week at this condo, which is very nice and well-maintained. It has great views of the ocean. Snorkeling is good right from the beach. Access to two restaurants within walking distance. Chankanaab was also very close. Communication was great and the whole process was straightforward. The only thing that did not work for us was the weather which the owner has no control over. Tropical storm Alberto really impacted what we could do on the island. However, my husband was able to dive three times during this visit. We made the most of it and met some very nice families staying in the complex. It's small and quaint. We would stay again!

The unit was super clean and welcoming with all the amenities we needed upon arrival. Distance to grocery store was about 20 minutes but away from the hustle and bustle of the port crowds. Chankanaab is highly recommended as it’s literally a 5 minute drive. Highly recommended for friends/family

Fantastic vacation
We had a great time staying here. The condo is absolutely beautiful with a ton of amenities. We had a great time hanging out in the hammock, pool, and snorkeling right off the beach. We rented a car - which I recommend to access the island- downtown was about 15 minutes- but there were restaurants right next to the condo even if you did not have a car. Highly recommend to stay here- you will not be disappointed. We are already planning to come back!

Exceptional property
Uniquely decorated and roomy, it is modern and thoughtfully equipped. The daily cleaning was wonderful. The neighboring beach clubs were so friendly and convenient, when relaxing took precedence over cooking! Also, having a dock next door made diving/excursion pickups just steps away. Water and sea-life was too good to be true. Many thanks to Saul for his excellent sweet help with questions about the area.

Cozumel Getaway
We had a wonderful vacation with our children in Cozumel. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed for our family. The water outside is beautiful and we enjoyed Tortugas Beach Club being next door. Daily cleaning service was the cherry on top. Some of our family stayed in another condo on the property and they were jealous of ours. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great vacation.
