The facilities of the hotel are great, everything you would realistically want in a hotel, great rooms and very convenient location, being located in the city centre. The staff are very kind and considerate, in one instance on short notice, they managed to secure us a high quality room. Very kind people. "Everything was good except the TV is of a poor quality and the channels are really randomly organised. Also the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and there was no explanation of why that happened!!!"

"Easy to get to off the M5, just keep in the right hand lane to turn right as the sign isnt very big or easy to see at night. If you miss it just drive out the services, back around the roundabout across the motorway and back into the services. Restaurant food was nice, we had the steak. We didnt have breakfast as left at 4am. This is the second time we have stayed. Would stay again as good value."

"Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...
